Ostopathy is a natural manual therapy which aims to restore function in the body by treating the causes of pain and imbalance. To achieve this goal the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner relies on the quality and finesse of their palpation and works with the position, mobility and quality of the tissues.

Anne received her Post-Bachelor Certificate in Athletic Therapy on the President’s Honor Roll from Mount Royal University in the spring of 2022. Prior to the Athletic Therapy program, Anne completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with Distinction and a minor in Dance from the University of Calgary.

Outside of Athletic Therapy, Anne is heavily involved in the dance and marching arts communities. Most currently Anne is a dancer with Ballet Bodies YYC, a local adult ballet company. Additionally, Anne instructs movement and dance for the Calgary Stampede Showband, a group of 160 youth who perform marching band field shows at various venues across North America.

Ben is a born and raised Calgarian, having completed his Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, and then attaining his Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University in 2018.

Experiencing his own injuries during sport led Ben to pursue a career in the rehabilitation field. He has spent time working as a personal trainer in the gym, as well as working directly with community sports as a Certified Athletic Therapist. Ben believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness, with sustainable physical activity being the centerpiece for fitness and injury prevention.

In his free time Ben is still trying to re-ignite a rugby career that never fully materialized, and also enjoys weightlifting, and boxing. Chances are you’ll probably run into him at your local shawarma shop as well - balance is key!

Think of Chris as your body’s mechanic. His focus is to help you enjoy the sports and activities you love to do without pain and perform better than you did before.

Chris will guide you through a flow of assessment, diagnosis, treatment and exercise prescription to create a sustainable plan for you to succeed. He will coach and educate you through each phase of rehab and training to maximize your potential for return to sport, play and work.

When you feel down about your injury and can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, he knows how it feels, he has broken many parts of his own body.

Chris is avid about being active for life. He is a competitive Mountain Biker and Coach. He runs Alpine MTB Training. He plays hockey in the winter and dabbles in XC skiing, snowboarding, hiking to stay fit for his adventures.

Chris has extensive experience working with athletes of many levels and in many sports.

His experiences in sport include, but are not limited to:

Dylan certified as an Athletic Therapist in 2014 and has worked in Calgary and area ever since. He has always had a passion for sports as well as helping other achieve their own passions. Dylan prefers to treat using hands on manual therapies like visceral manipulation and nerve manipulation as well as exercise to best suit your personal needs. Dylan specializes in treating headaches and migraines, specifically chinook migraines as well as chronic pain. He also uses an osteopathic approach to treatment which focuses on full body assessment and treatment rather than focusing on only where your pain is now to get to the root of your issue.

Dylan is also in the Osteopathic Manual Therapy program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy based out of Vancouver, expanding his knowledge and manual therapy skills to better serve his patients.
